At Wear Fiction, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
It must be returned in its original packaging, along with tags (if any).
Proof of purchase or order confirmation (invoice or receipt) is required.
Please note: Do not send your return to the product manufacturer.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Custom-stitched or altered clothing
Items purchased on sale or discount
Products marked as final sale
Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition
Accessories such as undergarments, jewelry, or other personal wear due to hygiene reasons
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund request.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
If the item does not meet our return criteria, no refund will be issued and the item may be returned to you at your request and expense.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Recheck your bank account or mobile wallet.
Contact your credit card or payment provider — it may take some time before the refund reflects.
Contact your bank as processing times may vary.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at cs@wearfiction.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, email us at cs@wearfiction.com with photos and order details. Ship your item to our return address listed below.
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once we receive and approve your return, a gift card or voucher will be sent to you via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee may be deducted from the total refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
